As previously announced, ANC 2A will hold a second special June meeting to consider any resolutions submitted by commissioners regarding the proposed sale and future use of Aston Hall, located at 1129 New Hampshire Avenue NW. The meeting will take place on Wednesday, June 28th at 7:00 pm. The updated final agenda for the meeting can be found here. Please note that the final agenda was updated to include a specific public comment period during the meeting.
The updated draft resolutions that the ANC will consider during the meeting are as follows:
- Notice Pursuant to D. C. Official Code Section 1-309.10 for the Acquisition of Real Property (CR-23-001)
- Notice Pursuant to D. C. Official Code Section 1-309.10 for the Acquisition of Real Property (CR-23-002)
Additionally, a third draft resolution has been introduced. The third resolution has not been listed on the final agenda but may be introduced per a vote of the ANC during this evening’s meeting. The third resolution is as follows:
