Rob Gifford is the ANC2A commissioner for the SMD 2A02, representing the West End.  Rob had a 35-year career in non-profit management, culminating in serving for more than a decade as President of a national charitable foundation.  In addition to serving as a commissioner, Rob is the President of a local homeowners association.
