John H. Dolan had a 30-year career on Wall Street as both a trader and as Chief Investment Officer at an asset management firm. He served as board member of the Public Securities Association and was President of the Fixed Income Analysts Society before moving to DC in 2018.
He continues to be involved in trading through his market making efforts in contracts referencing home prices, water, or (through 2022) carbon
credits.
In 2009 he opened a solo consulting firm where he has served as an expert witness on 30+ institutional cases related to the Financial Crises.
John brings 8+ years of past experience in local government from his roles in the Greenwich Ct. RTM where he served as District Chair, RTM liaison to the Town’s Retirement Board, and as a member of the Finance and Parks & Recreation Committees.
John also served as a member of the Chatham MA Bikeways Committee.
