ANC 2A will hold a community meeting regarding the renovation of GW’s Thurston Hall at 1900 F Street NW, including the proposed temporary conversion of the One Washington Circle Hotel at 1 Washington Circle NW and GW’s The Aston at 1129 New Hampshire Avenue NW to student residence halls. The community meeting will take place on Wednesday, September 11th at 7:00 pm in the dining hall of St. Paul’s Parish, 2430 K Street NW. Attendees should enter the building through the church’s main entrance on the south side of the 2400 block of K Street NW.
During the community meeting, GW staff will provide updates regarding the Thurston Hall project planning process. Additionally, ANC 2A commissioners will provide updates regarding the status of conversations with GW about the project. Ample time will be provided during the meeting for questions and comments.
